I had the day off today, so there was no need to get dressed up. I took this picture of myself in the mirror right after a trip to the grocery store. Most strangers, unfortunately, don't think twice about seeing someone wearing a tie. Kids are the exception; they look at you differently. I thought that it was something akin to respect, but today I began to suspect that they are just seeing an age gap that they don't understand and has nothing to do with respect.
