Wearing Ties: Day 16

I spent most of the day planting stuff in the yard - and trying to unplant a certain stump - so for the second Saturday in a row, I had to make up a reason to wear a tie.  So I took the wife out for a hot date.  We went to a local diner/sports bar called 55's, which has been my favorite place to eat since we moved to the area.  I had Jeff's Steak-and-Cheese, which in their new menu is described as "A Local Favorite!" and my wife had Katie's Elle Mae Breakfast, complete with the best flapjacks in town.  As you can tell by the picture, it was delicious and made for the perfect date, followed by a trip to the super-Target.

The flapjacks really are the best!
